These Terms and Conditions prevail in the event of any conflict or inconsistency with any other communications, including advertising or promotional materials. Entry instructions are deemed to form part of the terms and conditions and by entering this promotion all participants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by the terms and conditions. Please retain a copy for your information. The personal data provided by entrants to the Promoter will only be used by the Promoter for the purpose of always conducting the promotion and in accordance with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy (available at https://www.stonegategroup.co.uk/privacy-policy/ From time to time, the Promoter may share entrants’ personal data with their agents/representatives to assist with administering the promotion, contacting entrants and prize fulfilment (as necessary).

1.1 To enter a competition, you must be a UK resident and be over 18 years at the time of competition entry – Friday 12^th August 2022 to Saturday 20^th August 2022.

1.2 This promotion is not open to BrewDog and Stonegate Group employees (or members of their immediate families)

1.3 No purchase necessary. However, in order to enter the promotion, you must have an internet connection and a valid email account.

1.4 Only one entry per person per Pub Pundits predictor game.

1.5 Multiple profiles created by the same person will be disqualified. Stonegate Group accepts no responsibility for entries that, for whatever reason, it does not receive before the promotion closing time.

1.6 Please follow the competition guidelines.

1.7. To take part in the competition the user will need to correctly predict a result in the for Aj v Usyk 2 boxing match via the We Love Sport platform. This is headlined “Pub Pundits – AJ v Usyk 2” The user will then need to register with We Love Sport to be able to register a prediction for entry.

1.8 Every user that correctly predicts the outcome of AJ v Usyk 2 will win a complimentary BrewDog product to redeem in a We Love Sport registered venue. If they also predict the winning round of the fight will also be entered into a draw to win either signed boxing gloves from Carl Frampton or a one-night hotel stay at a UK based BrewDog hotel for two people.

1.9 Stonegate Group will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners. If the Promoter does not receive the response within 5 days, a winner rejects the prize or is disqualified, then the Promoter reserves the right to draw another winner at random from all valid entries.

1.10 Stonegate’s decision is final, and no correspondence will be entered into

1.11 All prize winners and guests must be over the age of 18.

1.12 The winners’ details will be shared with BrewDog in order to award the prize of a hotel stay for two.

1.13 The prize will not be transferable to another person

1.14 No part of a prize is exchangeable for cash or any other prize

1.15 The prize is subject to COVID-19 UK government restrictions allowing the attendance of spectators to live sporting events.

1.16 The winner and guest may be asked to provide a negative COVID-19 test in order to gain entry to the event.

1.17 If an advertised prize is not available, we reserve the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value

1.18 The promoter reserves the right at any time, in its absolute discretion, to disqualify any participant:

1.18.1 If found to be abusing or tampering with the operation of the promotion or entering using fraudulent means, or who the promoter believes to have acted in breach of these terms and conditions;

1.18.2 who does not give correct contact details or who makes an entry on someone else’s behalf;

1.18.3 posting (or who has previously posted) a post, entry or comment to their own and/or the promoter’s social media pages that is, in the promoter’s opinion, inappropriate, offensive, defamatory or upsetting to other participants, fans of the promoter or the promoter’s commercial partners relevant to the promotion, or is directly aimed at the promoter, or contrary to applicable law, and, in the case of the promoter’s social media pages, to remove any such entry or comment.

1.19 No entries from agents, third parties, syndicated entries or those made using methods such as a computer macro, script or the use of automated devices are permitted, and no bulk entries are permitted.

1.20 Promotions on our brand social pages are run by Stonegate Group, 3 Monkspath Hall Road, Solihull, West Midlands B90 4SJ.

1.21 The promotion is not in any way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram, Twitter or Facebook. Participants acknowledge that Instagram, Twitter or Facebook shall not have any liability to them in connection with the promotion.

2. AJ v Usyk 2 VIP experience with BrewDog & We Love Sport.

1.3 No purchase necessary. However, in order to enter the promotion, you must have an internet connection and a valid email account.

1.7 To take part answer the question via the promotion page on the We Love Sport Website between Friday 12^th August 2022 to Wednesday 17th August 2022 This is headlined “AJ v Usyk 2 -Win the best seats in the house”

1.8 One winner will be picked at random from all entries on Wednesday 17^th August 2022 and will win a table, bar tab and one keg of BrewDog for the Aj v Usyk 2 fight on 20^th August 2022 at a We Love Sport venue which carries BrewDog.

1.9. NO TRAVEL, SUBSISTENCE, GRATUITIES, or COSTS OF A PERSONAL NATURE are INCLUDED. THESE COSTS MUST BE BORNE BY WINNER AND THEIR GUESTS.

The promoter cannot guarantee that the event will be free from disruptions, failings, or cancellations. The Promoter or its agents are not liable for such disruptions, failings, or cancellations unless they are caused by our negligence. Any requests for refunds or compensation arising from them should be sent to the operator of the event. We can provide you with their details on request. The decision of the promoter in all matters is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.

1.10 Winners will be picked on Wednesday 17th August 2022

1.11 If you win the promotion, we will notify you on either Wednesday 17^th August or Thursday 18^th August 2022 via phone call. If unsuccessful entrants wish to know the winner of the competition, they can contact Stephen.cooper@stonegategroup.co.uk
