A Super Sunday of Sport

Sunday November 6th is a HUGE day of sport with some great football matches and a colossal Rugby Union match taking place, and there's no better place to watch it than with We Love Sport! We see Chelsea play host to Arsenal, Liverpool travelling to Tottenham and England v Argentina in England's first game of the Autumn Nations, where you can claim 2-4-1 Guinness products! A London Derby Chelsea and Arsenal play each other in a clash towards the top of the table in a London derby at Stamford Bridge. Graham Potter's side have been fantastic since he's joined and they've developed a real identity. Arsenal, on the other hand, have finally began to click under Mikel Arteta. They've lost a few games but there is a real feel that the club are pushing towards the Champions League for the first time in a long time and the league is not that far away either. Chelsea need the win to keep pace with the leading pack and Arsenal are still wanting to keep control over Manchester City as we head towards the World Cup. It's a very tight season and a lot of clubs are actually in contention of the league title this year, and all of these games against the other large teams are key in the hunt for their objectives.

Liverpool keeping touch Speaking of keeping pace, Liverpool need to win at Spurs to keep in pace of the Champions League spots. It's been an unusual season for the Redmen, losing more than we've seen them lose in a while. Sadio Mane joining Bayern Munich has set them back further than expected, but Darwin Nunez is slowly adding to his goal tally. With Diogo Jota & Luis Diaz out until after the World Cup, it's up to the £85 million man to bring the points back to Anfield. Tottenham are slowly beginning to stutter. A great start to the season has been scuppered by a few losses and dropped points, both in Europe and the league. If not for Harry Kane, they could be in serious trouble. Hueng Min Son only has 3 goals and they all came in the same game, and Richarlison is injured. Despite this, it's hard to write off an Antonio Conte team, and their luck must turn at some point. It's games like this where Conte's teams thrive, so hopefully for their sake they win at home in this very intriguing match up.

The Autumn Nations are HERE! England host Argentina in the middle of the two football matches in the Autumn Nations Series in the first of four games over the next few weeks. It's not been the most fantastic 12 months for England rugby as they struggled in the Six Nations, but with the World Cup less than a year away, they're in serious need of finding some form. Argentina are a side who have been growing in confidence and skill over the past four years, and will be looking to stop England's revival before it's even gotten started at Twickenham. With the anticipation of next year's World Cup in the background, this game is key for both sides to assert their dominance and stake their claim for glory.
